FAQ’s

What if I don't have a PayPal account?
You don't need to have a Paypal account. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

What are your shipping policies?
Your order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of the date you place your order. All items are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx depending on the size of the order. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs which are calculated at the time of checkout. When shipping outside of Canada, there may be additional duty/customs charges.

What are your return/exchange policies?
You can return an item within 10 days of your purchase so long as it is in its original condition. You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit, so long as it is in its original condition.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

No refunds are available for sale items.

Is PayPal safe?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

The information practices of PayPal, Inc. have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau's BBB Online Privacy Program.

All of your information is encrypted, and no one at the marketgarden.ca will ever see your credit card number.

What is your privacy policy?
The Market Garden Collection will not disclose any of your personal information. Your orders are processed safely and securely through Paypal. For your added safety, your credit card information is never stored on The Market Garden Collection databases and your credit card number is never seen by our organization.

It is also our policy never to send private information, such as your credit card number via email. All billing and account info is transmitted via PayPal's https which is a secure encrypted protocol system.
